  This plan will help you start using and configure your Cube Panel server. Send us your queries to support@biztology.comfrom your client email account (the one used to purchase Cube Panel).

  • Fully comply with the software technical requirements

• Email Support - 1 Year Unlimited support.

  Support plan limited to Cube Panel software and related services use with default configuration. Not aplicable to third party aplications, personal configurations and features developed by users.

  It offers answers to all your queries about Cube Panel servers default configurations, about how to use correctly all the features and how it interacts with related services.

  Purchase now your 1 year unlimited email support with your Professional license or, if you are already a Cube Panel client, do it from you control panel, administrator access. Our support team will answer you within 24 hours (working days).

  Each access to the user's server counts as a minimum 60 minutes period (charged only upon successful incidence resolution).

  Biztology will not be responsible for any possible damage caused during interventions, such us data loss or hardware and/or software damage on clients' servers.

  Server access via:

  • Remote Desktop in Windows, with administrator access
  • SSH in Linux, with root access

  Purchase it now with your Professional license or, if you are already a Cube Panel client, also from you control panel, administrator access.
